Vivian Elias
Founding Partner
Vivian Elias co-founded and serves as Partner of Domingo Elias & Vu APLC. Vivian Elias represents large insurance carriers, self-insurance administrators both private and public, self-insured employers, including municipalities and school districts. She has extensive experience in all aspects of the Workers’ Compensation process. She prepares and handles all stages of discovery, including depositions of applicant, witnesses, AMEs and QMEs, as well as treating physicians. Defend 132(a) as well as Serious & Willful petitions. She actively represents client’s interest at Mandatory Settlement Conferences and Trials. Vivian has also litigated CAL OSHA Citations, CAL OSHA Appeals, CAL OSHA Litigation, CAL OSHA Regulations, and CAL OSHA Petition for Reconsideration.
Bio:
Vivian Elias attended California State University, Fullerton where she received a Bachelor of Art degree, in Business Administration. She later attended Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, California. After Law School Ms. Elias worked as a Civil Litigator for the Law Office of Cassidy, Warner & Winstead and the Law Office of Springer & Pollock. She handled insurance defense litigation including complex litigation cases, has extensive experience in defending and taking numerous depositions of percipient and expert witnesses, trial preparation, minor’s compromise hearings, arbitration and mediation hearings, law and motion, propounding and responding to written discovery, and research. Soon after she became a Workers’ Compensation Litigator for Falk & Hamblin, Law Office of Robert Wheatley, and Law Offices of Ferari E. Domingo.
