Jaime C. Gallo

Jaime C. Gallo is a Hearing Representative with over 20 years of experience in Workers Compensation. Mr. Gallo has experience handling all developments of Workers Compensation litigation, including case management and lien negotiation and resolution, file management, pleading preparation and trial briefs. Mr. Gallo is well-known for assisting our clients with quick lien resolution and “take nothing” awards during trials. Mr. Gallo is well known and very well respected in the Workers’ Compensation community.

Prior to joining Domingo, Elias & Vu, Mr. Gallo owned and operated a collection and lien representation business specializing in Workers Compensation for several years. Mr. Gallo has experience with appearing on behalf of applicant and defense firms as an independent contractor. Mr. Gallo is very active in his community and was recently elected as the vice-president of his neighborhood council.

Mr. Gallo received his bachelor’s in psychology from the University of San Martin in Lima, Peru, and has received his certification as a bill reviewer.
