Kim Vu co-founded and serves as Partner of Domingo Elias & Vu APLC. Mr. Vu represents large insurance carriers, self-insurance administrators both private and public, self-insured employers, including municipalities and school districts. Mr. Vu is dedicated to providing all clients with the highest level of legal counseling and representation, utilizing innovative and creative strategies designed to achieve the best possible results. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the Workers’ Compensation process, including preparing and handling all stages of discovery, depositions of applicant, witnesses, AMEs and QMEs, as well as treating physicians. Defend 132(a) and Serious & Willful petitions; as well as LC 4850 and asbestos claims. Represent client’s interest in Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Trials and Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR).
Bio:
Kim Vu attended San Jose State University, California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Law. He then attended Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, California. Kim Vu has worked as a Workers’ Compensation Senior Claims Examiner at the following Insurance Companies; Zenith Insurance Company, Citation Insurance Company, American Insurance Group, Workers’ Compensation Insurance Company, Pacific National Insurance, California Casualty Insurance. Mr. Vu was also a Hearing Representative for California Casualty Insurance, soon after he was an Attorney for the Law Offices of Jeffrey Katzoff, Law Office of Robert Wheatley, and then Falk & Hamblin
