Rheo Sibal

Rheo Sibal is the Operation Coordinator for Domingo Elias, and Vu, specializing in administrative tasks and managing daily production. Rheo began as a legal clerk in 2015 and eventually developed into a paralegal and hearing representative throughout the years. The adversity of his responsibilities throughout these positions have assisted him in becoming a resourceful contributor to our management team. Rheo’s creative foresight and management capabilities will continue to develop DEV into a new-fashioned and efficient law firm.
