Ferari Domingo co-founded and serves as Managing Partner of Domingo Elias & Vu APLC. Ms. Domingo has been intimately involved with the management of the firm from its inception, overseeing the firm’s strategic and financial operations. She is dedicated to providing all clients with the highest level of legal counseling and representation, utilizing innovative and creative strategies designed to achieve the best possible results. Her areas of expertise include Civil Litigation and Workers’ Compensation Defense. She has prepared and handles all stages of discovery, including depositions of applicant, witnesses, AMEs and QMEs, as well as treating physicians. Ms. Domingo has represented client’s interest at Mandatory Settlement Conferences and Trials.
Bio:
Prior to co-founding Domingo Elias & Vu, Ms. Domingo attended the University of California, Riverside, wherein she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Ms.Domingo received her law degree from Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton. She worked as a Complex Civil Litigator (General Liability and Construction Law) for the Law Office of Bremer & Whyte, LLP and the Law Office of Wood, Smith Henning & Berman with Construction Law Defense: She has successfully defended clients in jury trial where demand was $1 million dollars. She litigated actions against developers and subcontractors; mechanic lien claims and subrogation actions. In her General Liability litigation she defended property owners, contractors and developers regarding accidents on commercial and residential sites, defend business establishments against injury claims involving third parties. Soon after she founded her own law practice the Law Office of Ferari E. Domingo concentrating on Workers’ Compensation and Subrogation.
