Adrian Triminio is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation through all aspects of litigation, including trial and settlement. Adrian has excellent communication skills, particularly in oral advocacy and public speaking and is dedicated to advocating for his clients.
Bio: Prior to joining Domingo Elias & Vu, Mr. Triminio worked as an applicant attorney at the Law Offices of George Fogy in Sacramento, California. He has experience in all aspects of the Workers’ Compensation process, including preparing and handling all stages of discovery, depositions of AMEs and QMEs, litigating reconsideration, removal, 132(a) and Serious & Willful petitions. He is dedicated to representing our client’s interest in Mandatory Settlement Conferences and Trials. He also has extensive experience in civil matters through all phases of litigation before superior and appellate courts.
Adrian Triminio received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles. Adrian then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
