Wesley A. Van Fossan
Mr. Van Fossan represents large insurance carriers, self-insurance administrators both private and public, self-insured employers, including municipalities and school districts. Mr. Van Fossan is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of legal counseling and representation, utilizing innovative and creative strategies designed to achieve the best possible results. He has extensive experience in trial preparation and has obtained multiple take nothing decisions before the WCAB. He has extensive experience in all stages of discovery including depositions of the applicant, witness, cross examinations of AME and QMES. Mr. Van Fossan can represent clients at all hearings before the WCAB, Trials, and Arbitration proceedings. He has also successfully defended 132(a), Serious and Willful cases, and secured recovery for clients at Arbitration proceedings.
Wes Van Fossan attended California State University of Fullerton, California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He then attended California Southern School of Law in Riverside. Wes Van Fossan has worked as a Workers’ Compensation Senior Claims Examiner and Supervisor for major Third-Party Administrators. Prior to working in workers compensation Wes Van Fossan was adjuster at Mercury and Farmers Insurance.
