Thomas L. Hathaway is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation through all aspects of litigation, including trial and settlement. Thomas has excellent communication skills, particularly in oral advocacy and public speaking and is dedicated to advocating his clients’ best interests.
Bio:
Prior to joining Domingo Elias & Vu, Mr. Hathaway worked as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel. Thomas is thoroughly experienced in all aspects of the Workers’ Compensation process, including preparation and handling of all stages of discovery, depositions of AMEs and QMEs, litigating reconsideration and removal of 132(a) and Serious & Willful petitions. Thomas is dedicated to representing our clients’ best interests in Mandatory Settlement Conferences and Trials.
Thomas L. Hathaway received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Thomas then received his Juris Doctorate from, Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, CA.
