Denise G. Goldstein

Denise Goldstein currently assist with Workers’ Compensation Defense; She is IEA certified in workers’ compensation law. Specializing in defense of workers’ compensation claims comprised of various large insurance carriers, self-insurance administrators both private and public, self-insured employers, including municipalities and school districts. Denise Goldstein currently handles all phases of workers’ compensation defense claims including file management, lien resolution, and preparation of pleadings, investigation and discovery. Denise Goldstein currently represents client’s interest at all types of hearings, pursuant to L.C §10773 .

Denise Goldstein received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She then attended Southern Californian Institute of Law, Ventura in California.
